Increases in Planning Fees will apply from 1st April 2025, so if you have developments needing planning consent we recommend acting now to avoid the higher costs!
In many cases fees will rise by 100% or more. Although one exception sees an increase of 750%, albeit for major developments.
The price rises of 100% or more, come after planning fees rises in December 2023 of 35% for major and 25% for all other applications.
