Our story
STAT Planning was founded by Managing Director Kay Carpenter, building on nearly three decades of hands-on planning experience, leadership, and a passion for helping clients unlock the full potential of their land and development opportunities. What began as a successful private consultancy has grown into a dynamic national planning practice, supported by the STAT Holdings Group and shaped by Kay’s vision for a consultancy that combines technical excellence with commercial strength.
