Two years ago, I sat in my spare bedroom with a clear vision to build a fantastic team of people that could work collaboratively with clients, councils and technical experts to deliver excellent planning results. Today, as we celebrate our second anniversary, I could not be prouder of STAT Planning, how the Team has evolved and now they are now driving the practice in planning excellence!
This past year has seen some fantastic achievements – we have expanded our team to 6 with Sarah Clark and Poppy Hilton joining us, Sophie Kane became chartered and Jessica Hird won East Midlands RTPI Young Planner of the Year. The Team’s hard work, dedication and endless energy have been instrumental to the year’s success.
The breadth of projects and clients has expanded with many exciting schemes including:
✔️ Large-scale residential applications with landowners, housebuilders and developers
✔️Two major school redevelopments
✔️Several Care Homes and Retirement living projects
✔️Leisure schemes and farm diversification
✔️Innovative smaller scale housing and conversions
Whilst we always try to negotiate and work with Councils, we have successfully tested developments at appeal winning several important cases for clients.
