About the Role:

As a Graduate Planner you will assist senior members of the team and begin to develop your own caseload.  You will attend meetings and site visits, meeting clients directly to build client relationships.  You will research and advise on new projects to work towards preparing and managing planning applications; and be involved in land promotion and consultations. We will support and develop your professional expertise, including training and mentoring through your APC.

About You:

As a Graduate Planner you will have a degree that relates to the Built Environment which does not necessarily have to be RTPI accredited. We would support candidates through an accredited masters if necessary or work towards your RTPI membership. You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and work proactively in a team.  You must also hold a full UK Driving Licence.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Salary from £25,000
  • Flexible hours and hybrid working
  • 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (increasing by 1 day every 3 years of continuous services to a
    maximum of 30 days)
  • 5% pension contribution rising to 7%
