Land South of Beech Lane, West Hallam

Homes by Honey is preparing a full planning application for residential development on land south of Beech Lane, West Hallam. Their proposal is designed to deliver new homes to help meet identified housing needs in Erewash Borough and West Hallam specifically. It is thoughtfully planned scheme that will provide long-term economic and social benefits to the local community and includes a significant proportion of Affordable Housing.
This consultation is an opportunity for local people to share their views with and ask questions directly to the developer before a planning application is submitted to Erewash Borough Council, anticipated at the end of March 2026. The exhibition boards, which set out the proposals in more detail, can be viewed using the left and right arrows. They are also downloadable to zoom into the plans and text. The consultation website will be live from Wednesday 4th March – Tuesday 17th March, inclusive.
