Charlotte joins the business with a wealth of planning experience and a unique perspective gained from both the public and private sectors. Having started her career as an apprentice, she went on to spend ten years working within Local Planning Authorities, developing extensive knowledge of the planning process and the challenges faced by applicants and decision-makers alike.
Throughout her career, Charlotte has successfully managed a wide range of residential and commercial projects, building a reputation for her practical approach, problem-solving ability and commitment to achieving positive outcomes for clients.
Alongside her professional achievements, Charlotte is a passionate advocate for diversity and inclusion within the planning profession and is actively involved with Women in Planning, supporting greater representation across the industry.
Charlotte’s expertise, enthusiasm and collaborative approach make her a fantastic addition to our growing team, and we are excited to have her on board as we continue to deliver high-quality planning advice and solutions for our clients.
